Please fill in and submit the form below to request a return authorization. Please provide a full description of the item to be returned.

Return instructions will be sent to you by email. Your return authorization will give the proper return address. Please do not send any merchandise to our office address.

No returns of any type will be processed without a Return Goods Authorization Number. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be credited and may be refused upon delivery.

We recommend using a parcel service that offers tracking service and proof of delivery (UPS, FedEx or USPS mail with Delivery Confirmation). Attitude Arcade cannot be responsible for returns that are lost, misdirected or damaged during shipment. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse in original unused condition.

Items that are returned for size exchange will be credited back through the same method that was used for payment. Customer must place a new order for the correct size.

A  restocking fee may apply to some returns. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. 

If free shipping is included in the cost of your item the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
