Pricing is based on how many bags you order. You can order 1 to 5 bags on most products at our standard per bag price, and orders of 6 or more unlock volume pricing that keeps getting better as your quantity goes up, with the best per bag price on larger team orders. A few specialty items have a small minimum, and we'll always let you know before you order.

The base price includes:

One color team name on one side panel
One color team logo on both end panels
Your choice of canvas colors for every panel
Interior mesh pocket, included free
Free shipping on orders of 6 or more units

Multicolor printing, player names and numbers, straps, and pockets are available as add ons.

Absolutely. Our bags are popular for corporate gifts, company retreats, fundraisers, and promotional events. The same customization options apply. Contact us with your needs and we'll build a custom quote.

Choose from 19 canvas colors, and mix and match for each panel: body, ends, sides, and handles. We'll work with you to get it exactly right.

For best quality, we need vector files: .AI, .EPS, or .SVG. If you only have a JPEG or PNG, we may be able to work with it. Not sure? Just send it and we'll let you know.

Yes. We follow up by email to confirm all the details before production starts. Want a mockup before ordering? Email us your logo and team colors for a free mockup with no obligation.

Custom bags typically ship within 3 to 4 weeks from when your order and artwork are confirmed. During busy seasons or on larger orders, production can take longer, and we'll always let you know if there's a delay. Have a hard deadline? Tell us up front and we'll do our best to hit it.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders of 6 or more units within the contiguous US. Due to much higher rates to ship to AK and HI, shipping costs will need to be quoted on a case by case basis. Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days. Please contact us for 2nd Day and Next Day shipping options.

Every bag is handcrafted in the USA and made to order. These aren't mass produced overseas. Each one is built by experienced craftspeople, one team's order at a time.

Yes. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. Larger orders may arrive in multiple packages.

The majority of our bags are made of 18 ounce 100% cotton canvas with stainless steel D rings, #10 molded tooth zippers, and heavy weight polypropylene handles (unless otherwise noted). Built to survive years of hard use.

4 year warranty against defects in workmanship. If something's wrong, please contact us via email, including a picture of the defect. If it is determined that the damage is under warranty, we will instruct you to ship the bag back to our shop where it will be repaired and returned to you free of charge, usually within about 2 weeks. Many bags last far longer than the warranty.

Do not machine wash. Spot clean with cold water and mild soap, then hang to dry. Machine washing can damage the canvas and the printing.

Custom bags are not refundable. If you find a defect, notify us within 5 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Items that aren't custom can be returned unused within 30 days.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), plus PayPal and Shop Pay, processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We also accept checks, just contact us to arrange payment by check.

If your order hasn't entered production, we can accept a cancellation. Once manufacturing starts, orders can't be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

International shipping may be available case by case. Email us with the product, quantity, and address for a custom quote. Customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
